We DO NOT accept Returns.  If you do not know if your pet will like raw feed, please use small samples to try with your pet before making a large purchase.  Everything is carefully packaged and stored for quality assurance.  If there is an issue, understand that each situation is different and will be handled as such. 

We currently only ship with SpeeDee Delivery.  Please ensure before your purchase that you are within our perameters.  Please give up to 2 weeks to receive orders.  We appreciate your patience!
